Return & Refund Policy

At KL Jaya Traktor Sdn. Bhd., we want you to be confident when buying spare parts for your heavy machinery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.
• After receive parcel from courier service, must take video or photo before open box
• Damage box or items must report in 24hours 
• Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with all labels, manuals, and accessories.
  
• Custom-made or special-order items are not eligible for return unless faulty.
  

2. How to Request a Return

1. Email us at admin@kljayatraktor.com with:
   
   • Order number
     
   • Item details
     
   • Reason for return and supporting photos if damaged
     
2. Our team will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
   

3. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of approval.
  
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
  
• Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
  

4. Exchange

If you prefer an exchange for the same item (subject to stock availability), let us know in your email request.

5. Shipping for Returns

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, tax, currency, handling charges, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
  
• We recommend using a trackable courier service.
